Returns & Exchanges

At SinfulX, we want your style to be as bold as you are; if your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All returned garments must be in their original, unworn condition with all designer tags still attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your SinfulX account and select the order you wish to return to generate a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring the RMA number is clearly visible on the outside of the box to prevent processing delays.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal and drop the package off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse team verifies the item's condition, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
